Project Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment

Project Manager required for a leading Main Contractor managing a Social Housing Refurbishment framework. The successful Project Manager will be working amongst an experienced operations team, working closely with the Operations Director. The role will suit a Project Manager who is able to work autonomously and manage framework agreements including strong client facing skills. A Project Manager who has experience managing Social Housing Refurbishment schemes for main contractors is essential. Workstreams include external refurbishments and upgrades, FRA systems, Decarbonisation. Projects are situated around the North London area.

The Project Manager will be based out of the North East London office and North London sites.

Project Manager – Salary & Benefits

• £75,000 - £85,000
• Car Allowance
• Bonus
