Project Manager

One of the countries largest housebuilder's who not only build homes but create sustainable new communities are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Manage all phases of new build housing projects, from pre-construction planning through to handover.
• Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and reporting processes.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, housing associations, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.
• Ensure all documentation and project records are maintained accurately.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the residential construction sector.
• Strong track record of delivering new build housing developments.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and health & safety legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead project teams effectively.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
• Relevant qualifications SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid are essential

Remuneration:

• £70,000 to £80,000 per annum plus car and benefits
