Project Manager – About the role:

Project Manager working on a brand new and prestigious ‘new build’ housing development. Responsible for the delivery of 55 new homes, ranging from two to five-bedroom homes, including a collection of larger detached family homes. These homes are to be built to the highest standard of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme. 

Project Manager – About you:

You will be a Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a regional developer/contractor or national PLC developer; and with experience delivering projects above 50 units in size. 

• Demonstrable track record of residential house building site/project management
• A passion for building the highest quality 5* homes
• A passion for delivering 5* customer service 
• Attention to detail and quality focussed 
• Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders regarding reporting issues and finding a resolution 
• Ability to identify issues in readiness to prevent program failure 
• Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail
• Professional qualification to an appropriate level
• SMSTS Qualified
• First Aid Trained
