Project Manager – Limerick

The CSR Group are working with a contractor who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-value government and infrastructure projects in Limerick.

The works include storage facilities and an administrative office development, offering a varied role for someone confident taking ownership of project delivery.

Package

• €80,000–€100,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, managing programme, resources and quality.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and the design team.
• Monitor costs and variations alongside the commercial team.
• Maintain clear client communication and progress reporting.
• Oversee health and safety, project risks and successful handover.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience on substantial construction projects.
• Strong planning, commercial awareness and leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and work packages.
• Ability to manage client expectations and resolve technical issues.
• Comfortable working in a site-based role in Limerick.
