The Role

Working from their modern office on the Norwich outskirts, you will own the full lifecycle of website and software development projects. From initial discovery to final sign-off, you will collaborate with developers and designers to define scopes, produce estimates, and coordinate delivery. You will act as the crucial link between the technical team and the client, proactively identifying risks, testing completed work against the original brief, and ensuring timelines and budgets are strictly maintained.

Are You the Right Fit?

To thrive in this fast-paced environment, you need proven experience managing digital, web, or software development projects from start to finish. Strong stakeholder management and sharp commercial awareness are essential to handle budgets and scope changes effectively. You must be highly organised and capable of coordinating cross-functional teams. Additional familiarity with CMS platforms (like WordPress, Magento, or Shopify), UX principles, and digital marketing (SEO/PPC) will be highly advantageous.
