Project Manager – Domestic Heating & Renewables
Location: Aldershot, Hampshire (Office-based with site visits)
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee domestic heating installation projects, including gas boilers, air source heat pumps, hot water cylinders and heating system upgrades.
You'll manage projects from point of sale through to completion, ensuring installations are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard while providing excellent customer service throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic installation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate customers, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Schedule surveys, installations and commissioning appointments
- Order materials and manage deliveries
- Prepare engineer job packs and project documentation
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues
- Carry out quality checks and occasional site visits
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, Gas Safe and MCS requirements
- Manage project costs and customer handovers
Requirements
- Project management experience (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience within domestic boiler and/or heat pump installations
- Strong knowledge of domestic heating systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety qualification (required)
- COCN1 Commercial Gas qualification (desirable)
