Base: South East London (Eltham area – onsite/office presence required)
Salary: £55,000 – £62,000 + annual company trip + performance rewards

The PM Role As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of critical electrical infrastructure projects across transport, highways, and utility networks.
  • End-to-End PM: Oversee project lifecycle from initial planning, resource allocation, and site installation through to testing, commissioning, and final handover.
  • Stakeholder & Client Relations: Act as the primary interface between main contractors, public sector bodies, supply chains, and internal site teams.
  • Commercial & Delivery Control: Drive projects on time and within budget, managing health & safety compliance, progress reporting, and variations.
What We Are Looking For We welcome applications from Project Managers with a background in Hard Infrastructure, specifically:
  • Sectors: Rail, Highways, Tunnels, Power/Electrical Grids, or similar heavy civil infrastructure environments.
  • Location & Mobility: Based in or around the South East, capable of commuting to the South East London office and traveling to project sites across London, Southampton, and surrounding areas.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience managing live commercial packages, site teams, and health & safety compliance.
