Project Manager

Location: London & South East
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + Package

Our client is a growing commercial fit out and refurbishment contractor delivering CAT A, CAT B and workplace projects across London and the South East.

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of taking full ownership of projects from pre-construction handover through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering commercial interiors projects and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced Design & Build environment.

• Full project ownership from inception to completion.
• Manage commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Manage procurement, programmes and subcontractors.
• Chair project meetings and provide client updates.
• Drive programme, quality and commercial performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate internal design and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven Project Manager within commercial fit out and interiors.
• Experience delivering projects independently.
• Strong Design & Build background.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with good financial understanding.
• Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Stable career history demonstrating progression and successful delivery.
