Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out (D&B)
Location: London & South East
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + Package
The Opportunity
Our client is a growing commercial fit out and refurbishment contractor delivering CAT A, CAT B and workplace projects across London and the South East.
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of taking full ownership of projects from pre-construction handover through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering commercial interiors projects and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced Design & Build environment.
Responsibilities
- Full project ownership from inception to completion.
- Manage commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Manage procurement, programmes and subcontractors.
- Chair project meetings and provide client updates.
- Drive programme, quality and commercial performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate internal design and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven Project Manager within commercial fit out and interiors.
- Experience delivering projects independently.
- Strong Design & Build background.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware with good financial understanding.
- Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Stable career history demonstrating progression and successful delivery.
