4way Recruitment has partnered directly with a well-established, mid-to-large fire and security systems specialist to secure a permanent Fire and Security Project Manager for their team. Operating across multiple regions of the UK for around four decades, our client has grown steadily — including through recent strategic acquisitions — and holds recognised industry accreditations for installation quality and compliance standards.

Salary and Benefits – Fire and Security Project Manager

• £60,000 per annum
• Company car or car allowance
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Monday to Friday, standard business hours — no weekend or on-call work

Key Responsibilities – Fire and Security Project Manager

• Leading fire and security installation projects from planning through to completion, on time and within budget
• Building strong client relationships, understanding requirements and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinating project teams, including engineers and subcontractors, for smooth day-to-day delivery
• Identifying risks early and putting mitigation plans in place to protect safety and avoid delays
• Ensuring every project meets current fire and security regulations, industry standards and company policy
• Monitoring budgets and resource allocation, adjusting as needed to protect profitability
• Overseeing quality control so completed work meets or exceeds client expectations
• Reporting progress to senior management and clients, flagging milestones and any issues promptly
• Continuously looking for ways to improve project delivery processes

Skills and experience – Fire and Security Project Manager:

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing fire and/or security projects, with a strong delivery track record
• Warden call system experience essential
• Full UK driving licence
• SMSTS or IOSH qualified
• FIA accredited
