Project Manager

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s team, working on projects across London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

• Manage projects from inception through to completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site teams and suppliers.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets and progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with health and safety requirements.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Manage project documentation, including programmes, reports and relevant paperwork.
• Identify and resolve project issues and potential delays.
• Ensure all works are completed to the required quality and specification.
• Work closely with the commercial and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Proven experience working as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Minimum Gold CSCS Card required.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant construction qualifications and experience.

• £50,000 – £60,000 salary, depending on experience.
