Project Managers, Site Managers & Civil Engineers

Location: North Lincolnshire area – flexible to travel to sites

Sector: Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / Groundworks

We are currently recruiting for a number of key positions on a multi-million-pound civil engineering project, with opportunities available for Project Managers, Site Managers and Civil Engineers.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established project team working on a significant long-term development, with the current project running through to the end of 2027 and further projects planned beyond this.

We are particularly interested in experienced civil engineering professionals who are looking for stability, continuity of work and the opportunity to build a long-term career.

You should have a strong background within civil engineering, ideally with hands-on experience across; Groundworks, Earthworks, Drainage, Site infrastructure, Civil engineering construction, Managing subcontractors and site teams.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals who can demonstrate:

• A strong civil engineering background
• Previous experience working on large-scale projects
• Good knowledge of groundworks, earthworks and drainage
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a wider project team
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivery
• Relevant qualifications and industry experience
• Flexibility to travel to various project locations as required
