This Permanent, Full-time role offers hybrid working, full responsibility for delivering major instructions and involvement in business development across private and public sector clients. The position provides a structured progression pathway alongside a varied project portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects through all stages to agreed cost, programme and quality targets
- Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Build and manage client relationships to support repeat business
- Contribute to proposals and wider business development initiatives
- Manage project budgets, financial performance and multidisciplinary coordination
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant built environment discipline
- Consultancy project management experience
- Professional membership with RICS, CIOB or APM preferred
- Experience managing project risk and client relationships
- Strong budgeting, financial management and commercial awareness
Salary & Package
- Salary of £50,977–£60,836 including car allowance
