This Project Manager role in London's property industry focuses on overseeing construction projects in the heritage and sports & leisure sectors. You'll ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high standards for listed buildings and other unique sites.

A London based, private property & construction consultancy who is multi-disciplinary in terms of sector and embrace collaborative working. Non-corporate with an open door policy senior leadership team. Hugely successful in their specialist areas including the Heritage Sector as well as Sports and Leisure - offering variety in terms of sector.

Description

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Oversee works on Grade I and Grade II listed buildings, maintaining compliance with heritage requirements.
  • Also opportunity to work within the Sports and Leisure sector.
  • Act as the Employer's Agent, providing expert advice and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Administer JCT and NEC forms of contract effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing any challenges.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant health, safety, and construction regulations.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Strong experience in project management, particularly in construction delivery.
  • Knowledge of working on heritage projects, including Grade I and Grade II listed buildings.
  • Familiarity with JCT and NEC forms of contract.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Membership of a professional body such as MAPM or MCIOB.

Job Offer

  • Salary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
