About The Role:

• Oversee the planning and delivery of a data centre M&E retrofit project
• Act as the on-site representative, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, scope, and budget to ensure successful completion
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with client standards and local regulations

About You:

• Proven experience managing live data centre or critical M&E retrofit projects
• Strong ability to coordinate local contractors and facilitate meetings
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Capable of managing multi-phase projects in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of international team collaboration and standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with international project teams
• Familiarity with data centre operations and international regulations
