Our client is one of the UK's leading volume house builders, renowned for delivering high-quality residential developments across the South East. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious 109-unit residential development in  Guildford, Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven construction professional to take ownership of a flagship development from inception through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction are achieved.

The Role

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will have full responsibility for the successful delivery of a 109-unit housing scheme, managing site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders whilst maintaining programme, budget and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management and delivery of the development from groundworks through to handover.
• Lead and motivate site management teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Deliver the project on programme and within budget.
• Drive quality standards throughout the build process.
• Manage subcontractor performance and site productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, local authorities and external stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction targets are achieved and exceeded.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and accomplished Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering large-scale residential developments for a recognised volume house builder.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the volume housebuilding sector.
• Experience delivering developments of 100+ residential units.
• Demonstrable success managing multiple-site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Highly Desirable

• Pride in the Job Award Winner (NHBC) or equivalent recognised build quality award.
• Track record of delivering award-winning developments.
• Strong reputation for quality, customer care and construction excellence.
