Project Manager

Description
Our client is a well-established specialist façade contractor delivering complex building envelope projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a specific façade project in Glasgow.

This is a key site delivery role, acting as the main day-to-day contact for the client, principal contractor and site teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality standards and in line with contractual and commercial objectives.

The role will involve close collaboration with internal commercial, design, production and health & safety teams to ensure smooth project delivery from mobilisation through to completion.

Roles/Responsibilities
· Lead project mobilisation following contract award, ensuring scope, programme, resourcing and delivery strategy are clearly agreed.
· Manage the day-to-day delivery of a specialist façade project in Glasgow, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Qualifications
· Previous experience as a Project Manager within façades, cladding, curtain walling, sfs or specialist building envelope projects.
· Strong understanding of site delivery, project programming, health & safety, quality control and commercial project management.
· Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, supervisors and project engineers.
