Salary: €90,000 - €105,000

Sterling equivalent: £77,000 - £90,000

THE PROGRAMME

Join a flagship multi-year capital programme transforming Dublin Airport into a world-class international hub, expanding capacity to 40 million passengers per year with a future pathway to 55 million.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a client-side delivery role for an Infrastructure Project Manager who can take ownership of complex airport projects and work packages across the full lifecycle. You will coordinate design, procurement and construction activity while ensuring delivery remains aligned with programme requirements for schedule, cost, quality, safety, risk and governance.

The programme covers new piers and aircraft stands, major airfield upgrades, terminal redesign, surface access and transport improvements, and upgraded drainage and utilities. You will work in a live, safety-critical environment where robust governance, stakeholder management and disciplined delivery are essential.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

- Lead the delivery of infrastructure and building projects from early definition and design through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

- Develop, maintain and implement the Project Execution Plan and associated governance documentation.

- Coordinate project interfaces, dependencies, approvals and stakeholder requirements across a live airport environment.

- Manage consultants, contractors and technical teams, including design review, acceptance and communication of changes.

- Maintain project risk registers, change-control records, RACI trackers and monthly performance reports.

- Monitor schedule, cost, variations, contracts and delivery performance, escalating issues and recommending corrective action.

- Chair project and design meetings and ensure actions, decisions and responsibilities are clearly managed.

- Support resource planning and provide practical technical, commercial and contractual guidance to the wider team.

- Promote continuous improvement in project management procedures, templates and reporting.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- At least 7 years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure.

- A strong track record of delivering projects safely, on programme and within approved budgets.

- Practical site-delivery experience alongside strong reporting, governance and stakeholder-management capability.

- Experience acting in a client-side or consultancy project management role is strongly preferred.

- Working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts; FIDIC experience is also valuable.

- Experience in aviation or another regulated, operationally constrained environment is desirable.

- A relevant construction, engineering or project management degree; professional accreditation is advantageous.
