Project Manager MEICA

Carrington West

Project Manager MEICA
If you are a hands-on Project Manager with a strong M&E background and experience in the water industry, this is an opportunity to make a real impact. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys getting stuck in and leading projects from the ground up, rather than a high-level PM who is removed from the day-to-day action. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering key projects and helping to shape the future of a rapidly growing business.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be joining a new and exciting company that, since starting to trade in January, has already secured over a million pounds worth of work, with more on the horizon. The business is a key partner for major contractors like Costain, delivering vital work on the United Utilities framework. This is a chance to be part of a success story within the water industry.
As a Project Manager, you will be based across various sites in the Northwest, including Merseyside, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and Cheshire. Your primary responsibility will be to run a significant bath remedial project, which involves interrogating existing filtration systems and managing mechanical surveys. You will oversee teams of electricians and mechanical fitters, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard, taking a significant portion of the workload from the company director.
Salary + Benefits
Salary range
The salary for this role is between £60,000 and £70,000, with a total package expected to be around £75,000.
Benefit package
A vehicle or car allowance will be included as part of the overall package.
Employment type
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Company culture
You'll be joining a small, close-knit team of 14 people. The company has a great culture with a strong sense of teamwork. With a secure and growing workload, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business in its early stages and grow with it, playing a key role in its ongoing success.
