The project involves the refurbishment and conversion of an existing residential space together with the construction of a new basement and an extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the project through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee programme management and project planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients  and subcontractors.
• Coordinate design information and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, quality and compliance are maintained at all times.
• Chair progress meetings and provide regular project updates to Directors.
• The successful Project Manager taking overall responsibility for the refurbishment and extension works, while coordinating the basement contractor to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
