Project:

£35M commercial cut & carve

Major M&E upgrades, façade and window works, CAT A fit-out, reception and common-area refurbishment, and full coordination of specialist subcontract packages through to completion and handover.

Role:

Construction Manager

Salary:

Up to £110,000 basic salary + Competitive benefits package (Salary is DOE)

Roles & Responsibilities of a Construction Manager:

•  Lead the day-to-day delivery of fit out, refurbishment and cut & carve projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones, quality standards and delivery targets are achieved.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and internal teams, driving performance and resolving issues efficiently.
• Oversee project procurement, commercial performance, valuations, variations and cost control.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations.
• Manage health & safety, quality, risk and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful handover.
