Project Manager

We are currently looking for 2 x Dry Lining Project Managers for 2 separate projects across Birmingham, both with dry lining subcontarctors

You will be responsible for managing drylining projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include overseeing site teams and subcontractors, managing programmes and resources, liaising with clients and main contractors, monitoring progress and costs, coordinating materials and labour, and ensuring all works are completed to specification.

The successful candidate will have strong experience managing drylining projects, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a good understanding of construction processes and commercial requirements.
