Project Manager – Northampton

We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a growing contractor delivering exciting projects across the UK.

This role would suit someone who enjoys taking projects from inception through to completion, working collaboratively with the commercial team to deliver high-quality projects safely, on programme and within budget.

The Role

• Managing construction projects from start to finish.

• Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors.

• Planning and delivering programmes to agreed timescales.

• Working closely with the Quantity Surveyor to ensure commercial performance.

• Managing client relationships and maintaining high standards throughout delivery.

• Driving quality, health & safety and project performance.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering construction projects from start to completion.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills.

• Commercially aware with a collaborative approach.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Modular construction experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Positive attitude, proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop.
