- Manage a portfolio of NPD, EPD, packaging refresh and regulatory change projects from initiation through to launch.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and critical paths.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure activities are progressing against agreed milestones.
- Lead project meetings, kick-offs, risk reviews and stakeholder updates.
- Identify potential risks, issues and bottlenecks early and drive solutions.
- Ensure projects move effectively through Stage Gate processes and governance reviews.
- Present project updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Manage change controls and ensure appropriate documentation and approvals are in place.
- Work closely with manufacturing partners, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on track.
- Drive accountability, visibility and communication across all project activity.
- Significant project management experience within NPD, product development, packaging, manufacturing or related environments.
- Experience delivering physical product launches within a regulated environment like Pharma, FMCG, Food, Health and Wellness, Cosmetics, Consumer Healthcare products NOT IT, Finance or software projects.
- Strong end-to-end project management capability, from initial scoping through to launch.
- A solid understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, operations or product development processes.
- Experience working within FMCG, consumer healthcare, supplements, cosmetics, pharma, food or another regulated product environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The confidence to challenge, influence and build credibility quickly across functions.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage ambiguity and create structure in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, (url removed), MS Project or equivalent.
- PRINCE2 or another project management qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
