This is a pivotal role responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of key projects that are integral to ongoing business growth and transformation.
The successful candidate will take ownership of project activities across a range of strategic initiatives, as well as critical internal projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Job Role:
- Supporting the planning, scheduling, and delivery of projects to ensure objectives, timelines, and budgets are met
- Monitoring project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions where required
- Producing and maintaining project documentation, including business cases, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinating and communicating effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Tracking project resources, costs, and key performance metrics, providing accurate reporting and updates
- Supporting risk, issue, and change management processes, escalating matters appropriately when required
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO standards, processes, and best practices
- Managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously within a fast-paced business environment
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in project management (minimum of 3 years)
- Strong organisational and project-planning abilities
- Prince 2 Certification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently manage tasks and small project phases
- Experience creating detailed project documentation (project plans, business cases, reports, etc.)
- Proficiency with project management software
- Excellent telephone manner and client facing experience
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365
- Quick learner who can learn new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A basic understanding of security and data privacy principles
- Experience in ERP or WMS platforms preferred not essential
- Prior experience working in multi-site or cross-functional project teams
