About the Client 

My client are a well-established and reputable contractor specialising in reinforced concrete frames, civil engineering, and groundworks. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the region, we're now looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple live sites.

🏗 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage RC frame and groundwork projects from start to finish

• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and safe delivery

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality control

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards

• Report regularly to senior management with progress updates and forecasts

🛠 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in RC frame and groundworks

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and sequencing

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White Card), and First Aid certifications preferred

• Full UK driving licence
