**Candidates must have a track record of continuous permanent employment and have experience working on high quality residential refurbishments.
Not many people have come across them in the industry, unless passing a live project with their hoardings on, however they are held in high regard by people with an in-depth knowledge of the sector. Projects will typically range between £7m to £25m in contact value and will encompass projects involving complex groundworks and basement excavations, structural alterations, cut and carve, temporary works, refurbishment through to bespoke internal finishes completed to the highest of standards and sympathetic restorations.
The Director is extremely passionate about the business and high-quality residences. He clearly enjoys his job, enjoys the sequencing of a complex project and strives to achieve the best possible standard of finish for their clients. He cares about the business and his colleagues.
They employ around 200 people, which no only covers their management, surveying, administration and back office support but and extensive range of sub-contractors and master craftsmen that are on the books including a mechanical and electrical team. They do sub-contract out some of the very niche and specialist packages, but will typically be able to cover a large proportion of a property refurbishment with internal trades.

Programme length: 2-2 ½ years
Scope of works: Refurbishment of a 10,000 sq ft, Grade 2 listed private residence on one of the most sought-after locations in London. Ground works and single basement excavation to the front and rear of the property, internal strip out and refurbishment to the highest of standards with bespoke high quality finishes throughout.
Role: Project Manager
Seeking a manager to lead this project, with support from an experienced delivery and commercial team and the director who has a close and long-standing relationship with the client and will have a visible presence on site. This candidate will be responsible for design co-ordination, sequencing and programme administration, temporary works design, part wall agreements, discharge of conditions, applications, working with the commercial team on procurement, reporting against progress, close communication with the client and their respective team.
