Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong commercial fit-out background?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to join a professional and growing construction company delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring a reliable, forward-thinking individual who can independently manage projects from pre-construction through to completion while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Essential:

Construction Project Management experience

Commercial Fit-Out experience

Valid CSCS Card

Full UK Driving Licence

Strong understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Desirable:

SMSTS

First Aid at Work

HNC/HND/Degree in Construction Management or similar

Experience using project management and scheduling software

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage commercial fit-out projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.

• Plan and manage construction programmes, ensuring works are delivered safely and on schedule.

• Control project budgets, variations and overall project costs.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site management teams.

• Ensure works are completed to the highest quality standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and CDM 2015.

• Review and approve RAMS, site documentation and construction programmes.

• Procure materials and subcontract packages in line with programme requirements.

• Chair progress meetings with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

• Produce regular progress reports covering programme, quality and commercial performance.

• Resolve site issues quickly and escalate where necessary.

• Provide leadership and support to Site Managers throughout project delivery.

• Maintain excellent communication with Directors and project stakeholders.

• Undertake any additional duties as directed by the company.

Requirements

As Construction Project Manager, you will also be expected to:

• Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout each stage of the project.

• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.

• Maintain high professional standards both on and off site.
