A highly successful private construction consultancy specialising in professional services within the Data Centre, Industrial, Logistics and Warehouse sector, located in London.
Our client manages the full 360 degree life cycle of the project from technical design, supply chain, construction delivery and PC handover.
Description
- Plan and manage the delivery of construction projects, focusing on logistics, industrial, and warehouse developments.
- Coordinate with the client, contractors, consultants, MEP Engineers and Architects to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage contracts using JCT and NEC forms of contract.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to key stakeholders.
- Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
A successful Project Manager or Senior Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, ideally with logistics, warehouse, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project risks effectively.
- Familiarity with construction delivery processes and health and safety regulations.
- Understanding that this is not a fast paced environment and the client has incredibly high standards which require patience and ability to coordinate all involved teams to be onside
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £55,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
