This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional to lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives that support our Commercial Sales & Service function, helping to drive business transformation across the UK and Europe.
This role offers hybrid working 3 days per week at our Hemel Hempstead or Ashford, Kent, office, with occasional European travel required. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including business sponsors, technology teams, third-party partners and senior leaders, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned to business objectives. It is highly advantageous to be fluent in French.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for leading projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from supporting business case development and defining project scope through to implementation and successful transition into business-as-usual operations. Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies would be highly beneficial, as would knowledge of change management practices and risk mitigation. Exposure to Contact Centre technologies, Omnichannel solutions and large-scale technology deployments across multiple locations or markets would be advantageous. A technical background and experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments, including SOX controls, would also be beneficial.
