Project Manager - Pub Fit Out
Location: Hybrid Working
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Package
Travel: Nationwide
We are working with one of the UK's leading pub fit out contractors, known for delivering high-quality hospitality projects across the country. With a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation in the market, they are looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager to join the team.

The Role:
- Managing pub fit out projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Overseeing programme delivery, budgets, and site performance
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing health & safety and ensuring compliance across all sites
- Regular travel to sites nationwide, with hybrid working flexibility when not on site
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering pub fit out or hospitality refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of fast-track fit out environments
- Excellent commercial awareness and programme management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
