Location: Midlands office + site visits

Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + car allowance, phone, laptop, pension

Role Overview

The contractor are looking for a Project Manager to oversee multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects, managing everything from tender through to delivery.

This is a hands-on, all-round role within a fast-growing SME environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage industrial, warehouse, and office fit-out projects
• Handle:
  • Purchase orders
  • Tendering / pricing work
  • Schedule of rates

   

• Liaise closely with:
  • Subcontractors
  • Clients

   

• Oversee multiple projects, both office-based and on-site

• 5 years' experience in construction
• Background in:
  • Fit-out
  • Refurbishment
  • Industrial / commercial projects

   

• Strong commercial awareness and subcontractor management skills
