Working across CAT A and CAT B office fit-out, high-end commercial interiors and healthcare projects, you'll be responsible for driving projects from pre-construction through to successful handover, ensuring programmes, budgets and client expectations are consistently exceeded.
The Role- Delivering CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Managing high-end workplace, corporate and healthcare schemes.
- Taking ownership of project budgets, cost control, reporting and commercial performance.
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and supply chain partners.
- Managing project programmes and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leading project meetings and providing clear progress reporting.
- Ensuring quality, health & safety and customer expectations are met at every stage.
- Managing successful project handovers and resolving any delivery challenges.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within construction or fit-out.
- Proven track record delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.
- Experience within commercial offices, corporate workplaces, healthcare or high-end interiors.
- Strong cost management and financial reporting capabilities.
- Client-focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to develop and progress.
- Practical construction experience gained through project delivery rather than purely academic routes.
- Well-rounded, proactive and capable of taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
- £55,000 - £65,000 salary
- Car allowance in addition to salary
