Project Manager required for a regional tier 2 main contractor operating across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, working on multi room refurbishment and extension projects. Due to expected project starts, this well-established main contractor is looking to bolster its operational team with the addition of an experienced Project Manager to work on multiroom accommodation projects including extensions and refurbishments up to £5m in value.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established construction business with a great reputation in the region for its quality and service.
The Role
- Programming of projects using Asta (essential)
- Establish successful working relationships with site managers and project teams
- Manage clients' expectations, chair meetings and update on progress
- Office and site-based role must be willing to travel
The Person
- Experience in a project manager role within construction on projects up to £5m
- Good IT skills
- Organised and professional
- Good communication skills
- CSCS SMSTS and First Aid
- ProCure experience would be beneficial
