# Project Officer – Housing Services
Location: Rugby Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: temp, 3 months initially
We are looking for a proactive Project Officer to support a range of Housing Services improvement projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and project management skills who enjoys delivering change and working with a variety of stakeholders.
### Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support housing improvement projects, including reviews of Independent Living Services, Lifeline services, rents and service charges, and tenancy agreements.
- Prepare project plans, business cases, risk registers and reports.
- Research service delivery options and produce recommendations.
- Organise tenant consultation events and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and update policies, procedures and working practices.
- Deliver training and support to staff on new processes.
- Maintain project documentation and databases.
### About You
Experience delivering or supporting projects. Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills. Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders. Confident using Microsoft Office and managing multiple priorities.
