The team lead on the appraisal and optimisation of all residential and non-residential assets to maximise long-term value and performance, while building strong partnerships that position MTVH as a trusted partner for communities, customers and stakeholders.
About the role
This post works across our regeneration projects and focuses on ensuring that properties are vacant in time for planned redevelopment and ensuring those that are vacated ahead of programme are secured and well managed.
Working alongside our Senior Project Manager, this post assists with leasehold buybacks, our live-in guardians contracts and market rent properties. This work is central to being able to deliver our regeneration projects, and you will gain experience across a wide variety of developments.

This role will suit someone who has prior experience of similar work within residential development in multi-disciplinary teams, whether for a housing association or developer. A sound understanding of the legal, procedural and commercial processes that underpin vacant possession work is important, together with prior experience of managing suppliers and contractors. The role has no direct reports, but requires daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
About you
You'll be a confident, diplomatic, and personable team player, who consistently delivers great service and can adapt to the changing needs of large projects.
