Project Quantity Surveyor

Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering complex civil engineering and infrastructure schemes across the Norfolk and Suffolk coast.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects while working within a business that offers long-term career progression and a strong pipeline of work.

• Manage the commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account
• Administer NEC contracts and manage contractual obligations
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and valuations
• Manage subcontractor procurement and commercial performance
• Work collaboratively with operational teams to maximise project success

• Experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or construction
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
