Project Running Architect or Technologist

An established architectural practice is looking for an experienced Architect, Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician to join its residential team.

You will work across a range of projects, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality architectural and technical information while working closely with colleagues, clients and contractors.

• Job running and managing multiple projects across different stages.

• Producing detailed technical and construction information.

• Responding to site queries and providing technical solutions.

• Working with residential developers and project teams.

• Attending site visits, design team meetings and client/contractor meetings.

• Producing clear, accurate and well-structured drawings.

• Supporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed deadlines and standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong UK experience within the residential sector.

• A minimum of 8 years' experience working on construction projects in the UK.

• Previous experience running or leading projects.

• Strong technical and construction knowledge.

• Good understanding of Building Regulations and technical detailing.

• Experience working in a fast-paced development environment.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.

• Competent Revit skills and experience delivering projects using the software.

• A proactive, assertive and solution-focused approach.

Experience across sectors such as residential development, care, heritage or other technically complex projects would be advantageous.
