The Role
As Project Support Officer within a major programmes delivery team at , you will support and oversee administration across a portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensuring outputs align to strategic objectives, governance frameworks, and infrastructure priorities. This is a site-based role (3 days per week ) supporting delivery activities across the wider team Area of Responsibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting alignment of strategic objectives to deliver key waterfront project outputs
- Providing administrative support to project outputs, governance frameworks, and infrastructure priorities
- Acting as secretary for governance meetings: scheduling, agendas, packs, minutes, and action tracking
- Maintaining logs, trackers, project status updates, and forward action plans
- Supporting risk/issue management, including development and upkeep of registers
- Engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery
- Ensuring project documentation is current, controlled, stored correctly, and appropriately communicated
- Proven MS O365 proficiency
- Extensive administration capability within governance-led environments
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills at all levels
- Confident written and verbal communication, including presentation capability
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work on own initiative
- Minimum SC clearance and sole UK national status
