Working Pattern: 4 Days Office | 1 Day Home

Our Client is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on significant residential and regeneration projects while developing your career within one of the UK's leading offsite construction businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the commercial delivery of residential construction projects

• Cost reporting and financial management

• Procurement and subcontractor management

• Managing variations and valuations

• Supporting final account negotiations

• Working closely with operational and project teams

• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Assistant QS or Project QS experience

• Residential project experience

• Strong commercial awareness

• Excellent communication skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ambition to develop your career
