My Client is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor who can take ownership of projects from start to finish and become a key part of a growing, ambitious business.

We're not looking for someone who needs micromanaging.

We're looking for a star player.

Someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives on accountability and takes pride in delivering commercially successful projects.

The Role

• Full commercial responsibility for your own projects

• Cost management and reporting

• Procurement and subcontractor management

• Variations, valuations and final accounts

• Client-facing commercial management

• Working closely with operational teams

• Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion

What We're Looking For

• Proven Project Quantity Surveyor experience

• Ability to manage projects independently

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

• Excellent client-facing skills

• Self-motivated and proactive approach

• Experience within construction, refurbishment or specialist contracting environments
