Project Surveyor – Major Infrastructure Project (Sizewell C)

Location: Suffolk (Sizewell C Project)

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Package

Hybrid: Site and Office Based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Surveyor to join a growing and highly respected construction business delivering works on one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects, Sizewell C.

This is an opportunity to become part of a long-term programme of work on a nationally important project that will create thousands of jobs and deliver major investment into the region. The Role

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account.

Responsibilities will include:

- Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts

- Valuations, variations and change control

- Cost reporting and forecasting

- Preparing and agreeing final accounts

- Supporting project delivery teams

- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities

- Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners

About You

- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor

- Background within construction, residential, infrastructure or main contracting

- Strong commercial awareness

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage projects independently

- Degree qualified or working towards professional accreditation desirable
