Property Administrator - North Liverpool - Full-Time - £30,000+ depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Administrator to join an established and growing property business based in the North Liverpool area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ experience within property or lettings who is looking for a varied, hands-on role with plenty of responsibility and client interaction.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of a sizeable property portfolio of up to 300 properties, working predominantly with commercial clients and ensuring properties are managed efficiently and effectively.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of up to 300 properties
  • Dealing with commercial clients and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Handling incoming calls and responding to general property queries
  • Managing repairs and maintenance issues from initial report through to completion
  • Scheduling contractors and issuing work orders for repairs and maintenance
  • Liaising with contractors, clients and tenants to ensure issues are resolved promptly
  • Advertising properties online and managing enquiries
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
  • Providing general administrative support across the property management function
  • Ensuring records and property information are kept accurate and up to date

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident dealing with people. You’ll need to be comfortable managing multiple properties and priorities at the same time, while providing a high level of service to both clients and tenants.

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within property, lettings or a similar property-based role
  • full UK driving licence
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident dealing with clients, tenants and contractors
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
  • Good attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
