Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator looking to join a business with a fantastic culture and genuinely people-first values?
We're looking for a Property Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team. Acting as the first point of contact for property-related enquiries, you'll play a key role in ensuring repair and maintenance issues are resolved efficiently while delivering excellent service to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming property-related calls, emails, and queries
- Act as the first point of contact for urgent health & safety and business-critical issues
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance works with contractors and stakeholders
- Process work orders, quotes, budgets, and recharges
- Track jobs through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept informed
- Support insurance claims and contractor performance monitoring
- Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance
- Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners
- Previous customer service and telephone-based experience essential
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
- Comfortable handling challenging conversations professionally
- Property, facilities, or helpdesk experience would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided
- Salary up to £24,500
