About the Role
Our client is looking for a reliable, organised and friendly Property Administrator to join their busy property team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to the property management team, helping to ensure properties, contractors and general office administration are managed efficiently.
This is a varied and busy role, ideal for someone who is organised, has good attention to detail and is confident communicating with tenants, contractors, landlords and colleagues
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the property management team
- Answering and directing telephone calls and emails
- Dealing with tenant, landlord and contractor enquiries
- Preparing and managing property-related letters, documents and correspondence
- Updating property records and company systems, carrying out data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining accurate property and office files and documentation
- Liaising with contractors and coordinating appointments and access arrangements
- Assisting with maintenance requests and following up on outstanding works
- Managing the office key system, including issuing and receiving keys from contractors, staff and authorised personnel, and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with general office administration
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling information appropriately
- Helping to ensure the office and property administration runs smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
- Previous property administration, office or administrative experience is desirable
- An interest in the property sector
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with confidence when dealing with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, friendly and approachable manner
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
Hours, Salary & Location
- Full-time, office-based role
- Salary: £25,000 - £27,000PA (depending on experience)
- Location: North West London
