Property Administrator / Negotiator

We’re working with an established independent estate agency in Bristol who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator / Negotiator to join their team.

This is a varied position combining office administration with plenty of client interaction and involvement throughout the residential sales process.

They’re looking for someone friendly, professional and highly organised who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing a great level of service. Previous estate agency experience would be advantageous, but finding the right person is more important than finding someone who ticks every box on paper.

The Role

No two days will be exactly the same, with responsibilities including:

• Registering buyers and handling enquiries
• Booking appointments and managing the office diary
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Conducting property viewings
• Keeping in regular contact with buyers and sellers
• Handling and negotiating offers
• Supporting sales through to completion
• Managing keys, property boards and general office administration
• Helping ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day

About You

You might already have experience within estate agency or property, or you may have developed your skills in another professional, customer-facing environment.

Either way, we’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, confident and personable
• Professional with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised and reliable
• Comfortable dealing with a variety of clients
• Proactive and happy to use their own initiative
• Able to build rapport naturally
• Comfortable juggling administration and client-facing responsibilities
• Interested in property and the Bristol market
• A full UK driving licence holder
