We're looking for an experienced Property Compliance Manager to join a busy housing team, leading on damp, mould and other property hazards covered by Awaab's Law.
The Role
- Manage cases relating to damp, mould and property hazards from report through to resolution.
- Lead and support a small team of Property Officers and a Property Coordinator.
- Coordinate with repairs and surveying teams to ensure issues are dealt with promptly.
- Review repeat repairs and escalate cases requiring further investigation.
- Monitor KPIs, maintain accurate records and support audits.
- Act as a key point of contact for resident queries and complaints.
- Provide clear advice to residents and ensure excellent customer service.
- Support continuous improvement and compliance with Awaab's Law.
About You
- Experience in property compliance, housing, case management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of risk management and the ability to prioritise cases.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Confident managing challenging situations and customer complaints.
- Ability to lead, motivate and support a small team.
- Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
