About the Role

You'll manage clients from initial enquiry through to completion, arranging specialist property finance solutions that meet their individual requirements. This is a consultative, telephone-led role where you'll build lasting relationships, package complex transactions and work closely with lenders, valuers and solicitors to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage a pipeline of specialist property finance enquiries.

·      Arrange Bridging Finance, Commercial Mortgages, Development Finance, Buy-to-Let and Specialist Property Finance solutions.

·      Source funding through a wide panel of lenders.

·      Package complex property transactions.

·      Liaise with lenders, valuers and solicitors through to completion.

·      Build strong relationships with investors, landlords and developers.

·      Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.

·      Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Skills & Experience

·      5+ years' experience in specialist property finance.

·      Strong knowledge of Bridging Finance, Commercial Mortgages and Development Finance.

·      Experience with Buy-to-Let, Portfolio Landlords, Semi-Commercial and Investment Property.

·      Proven ability to package and place complex property transactions.

·      Experience using Mortgage Brain and multi-lender sourcing systems.

·      Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

·      Confident liaising with solicitors, valuers and lenders.

·      CeMAP, commercial lending qualifications or a relevant degree are advantageous.
