Property Surveyor

• Salary: £36,750

We are looking for a Property Surveyor/ Property Inspector who is passionate about improving living standards and shaping investment decisions through detailed property assessments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment and is keen on using smart technology to enhance housing quality.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Visit homes across our Clients portfolio, from Brighton to Croydon, to capture accurate observations and photographic records.
• Assess property conditions focusing on critical areas such as damp and mould.
• Utilize digital tools to record and manage data, ensuring a consistent view of our housing stock.
• Manage your own diary and appointments through a smart scheduling system to optimize daily operations.
• Engage directly with customers in their homes, providing professional and positive experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for capturing precise information.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a personal schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in using technology and adaptability to new systems and tools.
• Organised and proactive in managing travel, equipment, and appointments.
• Interest in housing, property, or surveying with a desire to develop a long-term career in the sector.
• Background in energy assessment, housing, property inspection, Property maintenance or other field-based roles is advantageous.
