Must have’s
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate reports
- Confident written communication skills
- Good understanding of residential property or lettings processes
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- Professional and customer-focused approach
Nice to have’s
- Experience within inventories, lettings or property management
- Experience carrying out check-outs or supporting deposit negotiations
- Familiarity with property software systems
So, what will you be doing?
- Conduct detailed inventory reports at the start of tenancies
- Carry out mid-term property inspections with clear written feedback
- Manage check-out inspections and document property condition
- Compare inventory and check-out reports to identify discrepancies
- Support deposit evidence preparation where required
- Identify and report maintenance issues to the lettings team
- Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Keep all documentation and reports updated on internal systems
