- Experience managing residential property portfolios
- ATPI /MTPI qualified – we’ll also consider experienced candidates who are keen to gain qualifications, and support will be offered for this
- Confident communicator, able to handle challenging conversations with tact and professionalism.
- Proactive, and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- Flexibility to play your part as a member of a supportive and close-knit knit team
- Full driving license to enable you to visit your portfolio for property inspections

Please Note:
This is a full-time role (Surrey) requiring at least 3 days per week in the office and regular visits to properties in your portfolio for routine inspections.
